Joint-Stock Post Pension Bank "Aval’s" press service announced that according to information from the Retail Business Department, the price of gold ingots has increased.

According to the information, dated 20 December 2002, the following prices per gram of gold have been established (959 XAU, standard 999.9) weight 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 grams:

1 g — UAH 65.00/g (purchase) — UAH 90.00/g (sale), (previously — UAH 58.00 — 68.00/g);

5 g — UAH 64.40/g (purchase) — UAH 70.65/g (sale), (previously — UAH 57.20 — 66.75/g);

10 g — UAH 59.50/g (purchase) — UAH 67.50/g (sale), (previously — UAH 55.00 — 64.65/g);

20 g — UAH 58.40/g (purchase) — UAH 65.60/g (sale), (previously — UAH 54.50 — 63.75/g);

50 g — UAH 56.80/g (purchase) — UAH 64.40/g (sale), (previously — UAH 53.20 — 61.75/g);

100 g — UAH 56.20/g (purchase) — UAH 64.00/g (sale), (previously — UAH 53.00 — 61.65/g).

Currently Bank "Aval’s" Head Office (Kyiv), its Mykolayiv, Cherkassy, Kherson, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk District Directorates, Rivne and Odessa District Branches and other sub-divisions are involved in bank metal trading.
