"Aval" bank has established the rate of the coupon yield for 3-rd and 4-th coupon periods at the rate of 11,75 interest per annum, reported the Bank press service with reference to the deputy chief of the management for commercial crediting of JSPPB "Aval" Oleksandr SENKIN.

According to him, the third and fourth coupon periods will begin on January, 19 and on April, 19, 2004.

As A.SENKIN reminded, primary placement of bonds of "Aval" bank was carried out on July, 21 2003. The total amount of issue makes up 80 million hryvnas, nominal value of the bonds — 100 hryvnas, circulation term of the corporate bonds — 546 days (1,5 years): from July, 21, till January, 17, 2005. Payment of the coupon yield is made quarterly. Issue of the bonds provides two semi-annual offers (an opportunity of the prescheduled repayment) — on January, 20, 2004 and on July, 20, 2004.

The nominal rate of yield on bonds of "Aval" bank for the first and second interest periods has made up 12 interest per annum. Nominal yield for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth periods is established on the basis of united yield, but not lower than the discount rate of the NBU plus 2 interest per annum.

"Aval" bank founded in 1992, is one of the largest banks of Ukraine. As of December, 1, 2003 the regional network of the Bank included more than 1300 divisions. As of December, 2003 the total amount of net assets made up 9,050 billion hryvnas, the authorized capital — 800 million hryvnas.
