Since December, 1 2003 "Aval" bank has introduced a new kind of deposit — "Schedriy" with the raised "holiday" interest rate 16 interest per annum for New Year's holidays for private persons. This was reported by the Bank press service with reference to the department for marketing of the department for retail business of the JSPPB "Aval".

According to the department for Bank marketing, the deposit "Schedriy" can be opened in national currency for the period of three months. The minimum sum of the deposit makes up 10 thousand hryvnas. Payment of interests is carried out at the end of deposit term at the rate of 16 interest per annum. The possibility of deposit replenishment is not stipulated.

Term of deposit opening lasts from December, 1 till December, 31 2003.
