The total number of the registered investment certificate is one hundred thousand, the total amount of the issue is UAH 10 mln, the nominal value is UAH 100, and the form of issue is documentary.

Any individual or legal entity can become the Fund’s Client. The minimum investment amount is UAH 1000 (without the Agent’s commission).

From June, 15 the investment certificates can be purchased at the following address: 28 Institutska Str, Kyiv.

The purpose of the Fund is to attract investment and to provide its growth by collective investment activity.

The Fund’s assets are invested only in securities and money, including the hard currency. Not less than 10 (ten) percent of the Fund’s assets are invested in money market and are kept at the deposits). Other investment funds under OJSC “KINTO’s” management:
