Aval Bank took first place in the nomination "Bank" of the all-Ukrainian rating "Consumer Preferences of Ukraine-2003", held by a non-governmental analytical center "Institute of Reforms", the Bank Press Service reports with reference to an official report from the Center.
According to the analytical center "Institute of Reforms", in the result of an anonymous opinion poll of 10,375 residents of Ukraine, a share of recalls of Aval Bank in the total number of replies made up 30.5%.
The second and third places were correspondingly taken by Pryvatbank (28.23%) and Prominvestbank (5.51%).
In course of the survey, the results of which were promulgated on April 27 this year, there had been interviewed respondents from all regions of Ukraine.
The project "Consumer Preferences of Ukraine" has started in the current year. The project is targeted at determining the trademarks preferred by Ukrainian consumers when buying services and goods, as well as the information sources they use for that.
"Institute of Reforms" is a non-governmental analytical center, founded in June, 1997 and aimed at assistance in conducting economic reforms in Ukraine and assertion of values of a social market economy and a civil society.
With this purpose the Center carries out investigation of economic development issues, a public examination of government solutions, economic educational activities and such like.
