"Aval" bank and CB "Donbirzhbank" have concluded an agreement on cooperation under the system of urgent money transfers, reported the Bank press service with reference to the head of the department for money transfers of the JSPPB "Aval" Vladimir CHIORNIY.

According to him, in accordance with the agreement, from this time on clients will have an opportunity to use system "Aval-Express" for carrying-out of urgent money transfers throughout Ukraine without opening accounts not only in departments of "Aval" bank, but also in branches of CB "Donbirzhbank" in Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev and Odessa.

As he said, starting from March, 2004, "Aval" bank is planning to keep on engaging agent banks with the purpose of expansion of service centers and attraction of new clients.

"Numerous requests and offers to organize agency cooperation from banks which pay much attention to development of retail business are the evidence of great demand among clients for such services and positive image of the system "Aval-Express", — noted V.CHIORNIY.

According to him, "Aval" bank is carrying out active development and improvement of the system "Aval-Express". In 2003 over 500 thousand clients took advantage of this service, at the general financial turnover has made 240 million hryvnas, which exceeds a turnover of 2002 by 3,5 times. Services "Aval-Express" also were in great demand by legal persons, namely payment of salary to employees of enterprises, insurance indemnity, dividends to shareholders, rewards and prizes to winners of actions and other payments. As a result, the total sum of transfers of legal persons in favour of natural persons under system "Aval-Express" made about 37 million hryvnas by results of the last year.
